While chit-chatting the other day, Carla and I thought that it could be interesting to plan a touring exhibition through Europe and the Middle East on Peace. The idea is not to show “art”, but to find different expressions that could inspire thought on peace in the Middle East.
Can you imagine an exhibition on this theme passing through Haret Hreik, Tehran, Paris, Geneva and Haifa?
Carla know a person who has worked on very interesting exhibition. His latest was on punishment. She showed me the DVD that was made on the exhibition, and beleive me, even though it was in german, a language neither Carla nor I understand, the message came through perfectly.
As for the format, I remember one I found very interesting and effective in Salzburg last year. Scattered around town there were medium sized bubbles (there base was a meter and a half large) with different elements in them that expressed musical themes… We could imagine such a format for Peace. What do u think of this idea? And what can one possibly put in these bubbles?
